Daniel holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development, and is a certified breath coach and yoga instructor. For over 10 years, he has supported diverse individuals, teams and organizations to create positive changes - improving communication, collaboration, and overall performance.

His approach is highly collaborative, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, then designing a safe and supportive environment where individuals and teams can explore their strengths and limitations as they develop new skills and strategies for success.

With extensive time spent abroad and deep work experience, Daniel brings a depth of multi-cultural understanding to diverse workplaces. He has extensive experience in start-up organizations, program design, group facilitation, training, community engagement and public relations.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, meditation, backpacking, freediving and playing music. These activities help him stay centered and connected to his spirit, which in turn allows him to bring his best self to work with clients.
